I had the pleasure of working with James Regan from Stephen Rimmer LLP for the purchase of a bed and breakfast guest house in Eastbourne recently. This was the first time for me to purchase a business property and on top of that I was temporarily living overseas during most of the purchase process.
James made what could have been a daunting and overwhelming experience into a straightforward and simple process. This was thanks to his jargon-free and clear explanations and guidance throughout the purchase. James was quick to respond to any queries or confusion. I am truly appreciative of the service provided by James and his company and I will be highly recommending them to anyone who requires a solicitor.

Very impressed by how James had helped me to navigate the process for my first project. Always acting swiftly on matters and was told by the lenders that they were also very happy in how timely James was to responding to their solicitors enquiries. Friendly receptionists and good atmosphere at the Eastbourne office.

Understanding, personally interested solicitors with fantastic communication
Adama, James and the team were absolutely wonderful, guiding us through the process of taking over a shop lease.
Most helpful for us as a startup was the excellent communication, going the extra mile to keep us up to date and reassured. Not only that, but the incredibly modest price was the icing on the cake!
