Andrew graduated from Exeter University and qualified as a solicitor in 2000. He joined AmicusLaw in early 2021 having worked for many years at the Exeter office of a large international law firm. Andrew specialises in commercial and consumer litigation, including insolvency and contractual disputes, which involved fully contested claims in both the County Courts and High Court, including a high profile matter that was successfully taken to the Court of Appeal. Most recently, Andrew acted for legal expense clients, which provided a very broad workload, ranging from boundary disputes to achieving a six-figure additional pay-out from a public sector pension fund. Having spent many years running half and full marathons, Andrew’s knees now enjoy walks with his girlfriend and dog.

    Great experience. Honest solicitor who explained the fees. Other solicitors requested much higher fees unnecessarily. Andrew was the first one who kindly explained it. I very much appreciate it.     I've used Broomhead and Saul a number of times over the years and have always found their service to be nothing short of exemplary. Andrew is so attentive and very quick with all my requirements. Everyone I've met there from the Receptionist to the senior partners are very courteous and professional... Highly recommend them. The building is very accessible and they will even move rooms around to accommodate mobility issues. There are a number of disabled bays in the road opposite, but get there early to bag one.
