      Brilliant team – highly recommend! I used Amicus Law Solicitors for the sale of my shared ownership property and couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. The whole process was explained clearly, and I found the team extremely informative and helpful from start to finish. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, someone was always there to help. Isabela and Rose were absolutely brilliant — professional, friendly, approachable and always kept me updated throughout the process. Selling a shared ownership property can feel quite complicated, but they made everything much easier and less stressful.       Emily House and her assistant Jasmine Grewal at Amicus Law in Taunton recently acted on our behalf for both the sale of our property and our purchase, and we would recommend them both without hesitation to anyone looking for a solicitor. Emily was absolutely fantastic at communicating with us at every stage of the process, making what could have been an extremely stressful experience feel much more manageable. She explained complex legal terms clearly and helped us understand every step with ease. We always felt completely looked after and never felt that we had to constantly chase for updates. Emily handled everything quickly, professionally and efficiently, even when our first sale fell through. Despite this setback, she continued to support us throughout, and we successfully managed to move within just three months of the initial process starting. We cannot thank Emily and Jasmine enough for their hard work, professionalism and support. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, but also genuinely lovely people who made the whole process feel far less daunting.
