We had a fantastic experience with Amicus Law, Yeovil throughout our house sale and purchase. The whole process had its challenges, but they were incredibly supportive, reassuring and proactive from start to finish. Communication from Paul & Bill was excellent — they were always easy to contact, quick to respond and kept us updated throughout. Excellent service from start to finish. No requirement to chase up as Ellie & Stephanie were always on top of everything, kept us up to date & ensured that the sale went through as quickly as possible. Very reasonable fees which were much appreciated.

The staff we dealt with were all very polite and personable. We were disappointed that there were obvious errors in the first draft. There was a long delay after that and by the time it came to signing the wills Chris was seriously ill and was in fact admitted to hospital as an emergency a few days later, 3 months after our first meeting with Adam. The whole process has taken over 3 Months. Thankfully Chris is making a speedy recovery thanks to the amazing NHS and the pacemaker they fitted so promptly and efficiently.
