Ellie is a commercial property specialist with wide-ranging experience of all non-contentious property transactions. On qualification in 1999, Elinor joined a large regional firm where she worked in the residential development team and then the commercial property team. She moved to a large City firm in 2001 where she spent over seven years as a member of the Real Estate team focusing on large mixed-use development, investment and telecommunications work. In 2009, Ellie became one of the original members of a company providing legal practical guidance, writing practice notes, precedents and news articles on all aspects of property law. Having grown up in Weymouth and moved back there with her three children ten years ago, Ellie is very excited at the prospect of opening and developing the Weymouth office of Amicus Law and returning to providing an efficient and understanding service to her clients. In her spare time Ellie is busy running, sea swimming and singing in her covers band, whilst ferrying her children here there and everywhere.

    Outstanding & Sympathetic Service

    Our Charity in Weymouth needed to get our Constitution certified. This turned out to be more difficult than it should be (through no fault of the solicitors). Ellie Clark at Amicus Law was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to give us the best possible service. The support - from the lady in the office to the legal advice - was outstanding.
