“Exceptional Support Through a Difficult Time”
I cannot recommend Rebecca Proctor highly enough for the way she handled the financial matters relating to my divorce. From the outset, Rebecca took the time to explain the process to me clearly, what to expect and the potential outcomes. This gave me a real understanding of where I stood and what could happen, which was incredibly reassuring during such an uncertain time. It was an incredibly difficult period for me, particularly as I was also dealing with the loss of my brother, and there were times when I simply needed someone I could trust to take care of things for me. Rebecca gave me that reassurance. Throughout the process, I felt supported, listened to and in very safe hands. I never knew whether the financial matters would become more complicated or escalate, so I really valued Rebecca’s straightforward, strong and professional approach. She gave me clear advice and supported me in making decisions, while always making sure I understood what was happening. Rebecca was also incredibly sympathetic to my personal circumstances and understood that this was about much more than just the finances. She kept me updated throughout the process and dealt with matters efficiently, allowing me to step back and know that everything was being handled. Jess, who is part of Rebecca’s team, was also fantastic and I’m very grateful for the support she provided. I am genuinely so grateful to Rebecca and Jess for everything they did for me during what was an extremely difficult period of my life. Having someone knowledgeable, strong, straightforward and compassionate handling the financial side of my divorce made such a difference. I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone going through a divorce and needing someone they can genuinely trust to handle their financial matters professionally, efficiently and with understanding.
