Excellent Service! I could not have asked for more.
George recently helped us with purchasing a property, subsequent remortgage and transfer of equity, and his service was impeccable. Both George and the team were quick to respond and answer all questions we had thoroughly, removing all the stress from the legal process.

Wonderful Service
Goodlaw has been wonderful in our experience of buying our first home. They were always available to contact if we had any confusion, and were friendly in every interaction. George and Charlotte were wonderful. Would recommend.

Better than I could ever have expected...
After moving various times over the years and finding the whole process incredibly stressful, with failures in communication often, I came across GoodLaw Solicitors. I was referred by the estate agent and cannot stress enough how this sale and purchase was different to any I have experienced before. The team were great but I cannot thank George(and Charlotte) enough.
The file did not seem without it's issues, but all of them were handled quickly and efficiently, and resolved to my satisfaction. I was given clear advice with pragmatic solutions and, best of all, I was proactively updated at every stage which I know, first-hand, is not the case with most conveyancing firms. They felt so reliable and approachable, yet still professional - I truly felt so confident that they were in my corner throughout the whole process - even on the non-legal aspects of my move!
We reached a completion within 10 weeks(impressive for a chain, I thought) and the bill came through exactly as expected. I am happy to say I will be returning to GoodLaw with any future legal needs and will recommend to anyone I can - as I know they will be in the best hands. I almost regret having a will already!

Absolutely first class service
George was amazing at all stages of my purchase on my Hove freehold flat. As a cash buyer I asked for a quick purchase and he managed it within 6 weeks - quicker than I expected!!! He is a joy to liaise with always gets back to e mails very quickly and nothing but professional.

We recently purchased our new home through a part exchange, and our solicitor George was absolutely outstanding throughout the process. From the very start, he was quick to respond, consistently clear in communication, and incredibly efficient in handling all the legalities. Despite considerable pressure from the developer's side, George remained calm, professional, and completely on top of everything. His expertise gave us real peace of mind during what could have been a stressful time. Great service as always

We’ve used George and Goodlaw twice…
George at Goodlaw has been excellent in both conveyance transactions - we can’t thank him enough for his support. We first were recommended his services upon buying our first home in 2023, he was great support for us in the purchase. We then upsized 18 months later and used George’s services for selling as buying - it was the best priced quote around and everything was so smooth. He was proactive with engagement, made everything simple, gave good advice and couldn’t have been better. Would say to anyone to use him and Goodlaw, they won’t let you down!

Conveyancer Review
Couldn’t recommend this firm and George any higher! George worked on our case as quickly as possible, with very speedy and detailed responses and got it turned around in a quick time frame. He also made sure all information was clear to us on what we needed to do and made the process seamless.
