Great communication and support
Being a buyer can be tricky and daunting, but the team at Hansells made the whole process easy and understandable. They were able to answer all my questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed, professionally and quickly. The whole process of buying was made easy through using Millie.

Consummately professional service
I have learned that there are many levels of service which are available for conveyancing work - from downright abysmal, mediocre, reasonable, good and then consummately professional as offered by Millie McAvoy. Moving house can be a stressful experience at the best of times but having Millie on our team was transformational, always pro-active, efficient and on the ball. Her assistant Emma Duffield also needs a special mention. Totally Recommended

Excellent Experience
Millie and her paralegal Emma handled conveyancing for me in relation to the purchase of a property in Norfolk - completing in August 2023; and the sale of a property in Surrey - completing in January 2024.
They were both a delight to work with, quick to respond to enquiries and provide information and documents for signing; proactive in moving things along and keeping me informed, throughout keeping just the right balance of friendly professionalism.
Should I have the need for help with conveyancing again in the future I would certainly look to use their services again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else needing such services.

Moving
Millie done a great job on a very difficult move. Lack of information when Millie was chasing for updates. One in the chain went of to India for a while, very problematic yet she kept us updated and done a great job.

First Time Buyer -Conveyancing Services - Would Definitely Recommend!
My partner and I purchased our first home with Millie doing the conveyancing. Millie came recommended by friends of ours and now that she has supported us through our purchase I can safely say that I would recommend Millie to anyone that asks me. Worth noting that my partner and I were buying a property whilst living outside of the area and had some issues with other aspects of the process due to this. Millie made the process simple and straightforward, was very approachable and endeavored to answer questions as quickly and accurately as possible.
