    Injury Claim

    My case was a difficult claim of four different Doctors. Three Doctors refused to accept any responsibility for my on going back and leg problems. All four told me i had sciatica. When in fact i had a broken back. Leaving me for three and a half months walking about, driving a school mini bus full of young children. I was told i was very lucky not to have been paralysed.

    Tozers worked with us over a long period of time, in order to secure a settlement of a complex claim.
