Jemma enjoys all aspect of litigation with a particular interest and specialism in contentious wills, trusts and probate. Jemma has completed her diploma to become an associate member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). Jemma has successfully pursued claims in both the County Court and the High Court and has resolved matters successfully using various strategies including negotiating with the opponent, joint settlement meetings and mediation. Having grown up on a farming family, Jemma also has a keen interest in farming disputes. Jemma has first-hand knowledge of some of the issues that can affect those working in agriculture. Jemma aims to identify her clients’ objectives at early stage and to try and help her clients achieve those objectives as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
