Tom has worked at MSB since 2008. He started out as an office junior in the family team before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2018 having completed his training contract with MSB. Tom works in the Social Housing team where he represents a large number of social housing associations. In particular, Tom specialises in disrepair, dealing with all aspects from pre-action protocol steps, to assessing liability and undertaking telephone ADR’s and settlement conferences. Tom also defends litigated disrepair claim brought against any client. Tom is a founding member of MSB’s LGBTQ+ community and assisted in the firm receiving their Navajo accreditation.
