Helen and her team have been professional and efficient in the conveyancing of the sale of my property. Although it took longer than expected, mainly due to external factors such as building management company, Antonis was persistent and dealt with matters quickly and professionally. He did not make me feel like a pain for asking questions and following up, and phoned and emailed me to keep me updated.
Overall pleased with the service and would recommend. I have since went with MSB again for the purchase of my next home.

These guys are completely crooked. They discriminate against disabled people's health concerns, and engage in bullying campaigns when lighting that has no planning permission is erected by their employees in a Dark Sky Reserve. Mine and my wife's health has gone downhill and we are holding you responsible Mark Foreman and Rebecca. Expect legal action.

Don't ever use this solicitors for selling a house, I got an estimate I said yes to it and they said they would be in touch , after a week still no communication, I've phoned up sent emails which where all ignored , the receptionist couldn't even get up and go to the persons office to say I needed to get in touch , she sent an email and phoned but no answer , what a waste of time , please don't use them as they just ignore call and emails , I have gone to a different solicitors now , you have been warned
