Best possible experience we could have asked for
As first time buyers, me and my partner were informed by nearly everyone who owns a house that this process would be draining from start to finish - particularly with solicitors. Even our own set of solicitors we were told would be hard to work with, always in need of chasing up/pushing through etc, so we mentally prepared for all of this. As a result I think we brought an energy to proceedings that over the time working with Molly and her team, we realised we just didn't need to bring. Molly is honest, thorough, clear, precise in her wording and quick to clarify anything that seemed ambiguous. She was as vigorous in her communication as we were in our chasing up etc, and we felt really confident that our interests were being represented with a polite firmness and it gave us a chance to relax and take our foot off the gas. Any hold ups were explained thoroughly and sympathetically, she had more than enough room for us to moan and groan about snags along the journey and it really helped release pressure and refocus on changing dates/fees etc.
Her team handled anything that she was out of office for with the same attitude and are a credit to her.
She strikes a fantastic balance between the professional and human aspects of buying homes and I would recommend her to anyone, and wish her luck in her career where I assume she will climb higher and higher.

Conveyancing
Communication was great throughout the transaction and always worked in my best interest. Molly always sought to push for a completion date and kept me in the loop the whole time. Every step was explained very well and helped to understand the process.

I would highly recommend MSB
MSB Solicitors provided an excellent service from start to finishing. We we're happy with the quote on both a sale and purchase. The team communicated with us well by informing us of who would be looking after the case as it went through the process. Molly Quirke was brilliant throughout. She was thorough and efficient, explaining everything as we went through the processes. Molly was always available to speak to via phone or email. We felt Molly had our best interests and worked hard to get the sale complete once we expressed a time frame that suited us. We would highly recommend MSB.
