I honestly cannot thank Diane and Alexandra enough for the support they have given me during an incredibly difficult and stressful time. Financial proceedings are overwhelming at the best of times, but throughout the process they have treated me with kindness, patience and understanding, while always remaining professional and honest with me. What has stood out most is that I have never felt like I was simply another case to them. They have genuinely gone above and beyond to help me, particularly in the lead-up to my final hearing. There were times when I was extremely worried and overwhelmed, and their help made a situation that felt impossible much more manageable. They took the time to explain things clearly, helped me understand what I needed to do and made sure I was as prepared as possible. Even when circumstances became difficult, I felt that they genuinely wanted to help me achieve the best outcome I could for myself and my children. I am enormously grateful to both of them for the time, effort and compassion they have shown me. I would recommend Diane and Alexandra without hesitation. Having professionals who are not only knowledgeable but who also show genuine humanity when someone is going through one of the most stressful periods of their life makes an enormous difference.
