I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from MSB in relation to the CIFAS marker removal process. I engaged your firm based on your claim of being experts in this field and paid a fee of £1,200 in good faith. Unfortunately, my experience has shown that this claim does not align with the service provided. My case was assigned to a young intern who, with all due respect, appeared completely out of her depth and lacking the necessary experience to handle a matter of this importance. The quality of communication, understanding, and direction throughout the process was wholly inadequate and left me feeling unsupported and concerned about the outcome. After raising my concerns, I did receive a call from John McCreanney, who to his credit took the time to listen. However, by that point, my confidence in MSB's ability to deal with my case competently had already been lost. I now feel that I have not only wasted my time but also my money, and I regret trusting your firm with such a critical matter. I no longer believe MSB has the expertise it claims in CIFAS removal and feel that I have been misled.
