Mark joined MSB as a Partner in 2010, having qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 and successfully practiced in a large corporate law firm before founding his own commercial firm. Mark heads up a team of 18 and supervises the litigation, wills probate and estates, employment and commercial debt recovery teams. He boasts 25 years of legal experience in advising businesses and individuals in all non-contentious and contentious commercial issues, and has a strong reputation in resolving disputes and delivering effective commercial solutions for his clients. Over the years he has represented a significant number of large commercial businesses, small businesses, directors of companies, individuals wanting to acquire a business, shareholders and individuals.
