Rachael qualified as a Solicitor with Camps Solicitors in 2019. During her training contract Rachael was awarded Trainee Solicitor of the Year 2018 by the MJLD. Rachael was also nominated for Paralegal of the year in 2017 and long listed for NQ Solicitor in 2020. Rachael has primarily worked in civil litigation dealing personal injury including multi-track road traffic accidents, clinical negligence, and group litigation. Rachael also has experience in housing disrepair claims working for the Claimant before moving to the social housing team at MSB Solicitors. For several years Rachael volunteered with her father to help feed the homeless in Birkenhead on the Wirral. Sadly this was closed in 2018 due to funding but she continues to help homeless charities in any way that she can. During her maternity leave Rachael volunteered as a leader for social walks which helped new parents meet each other so they could talk and interact. The walks’ primary goal was to create a support network and address mental health pressures most new parents could feel, this was especially important during the pandemic.
