Property conveyancing
I have just sold a flat in Central Brighton. Jina Shikhan (of Goodlaw) was recommended to me by a friend who had also recently used their conveyancing services.
Jina (and her colleague, Alisha Andrews - who also deserves a mention) acted very professionally throughout the process. They kept me informed and dealt with any matters that arose during the sale efficiently. For me at least, the sale was quite stress-free.
In turn, I would also not hesitate to recommend Jina!

House purchase
We had a fantastic experience of buying a property with the help of Jina and Alisha. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely and both Jina and Alisha were responsive, friendly and professional.
After a bad experience with a different firm for a previous property sale, we are so glad we chose GoodLaw for this purchase. They worked quickly and thoroughly and kept us updated every step of the way. There were no unpleasant surprises with the fees, and us not having to relentlessly chase things was a huge relief and made the process as stress-free as possible.

A Pleasure
As FTB's we chose Goodlaw Solicitors as they were local, we are super glad we did. We were assigned Jina (Solicitor) and Alisha (Legal Assistant), they worked with us through a purchase that we had to pull out of - as it was not right for us. Then we instructed them again for a current and successful purchase and we delighted with the outcome.
Goodlaw Solicitors where approachable and professional and nothing seemed like too much trouble. It was great that they had an office base where you could pop in to hand over paperwork, and had the chance to meet up with Alisha who guided us through the AML checks in the initial stages.

Wonderful Support and Advice
I had an excellent experience with the conveyancing process through Jina and Alisha. Jina was able to push through completion at short notice and under pressure. Jina was calm throughout the process and updated me at each step of the way in a clear manner.
