Lucy joined our Will Writing team in Chesterfield in February 2025. She advises clients on different types of Wills, from standard basic Wills, to more complex Wills where Trust provisions may be involved, before drafting and finalising these to meet each client’s individual needs. She also advises on and prepares Lasting Power of Attorney documents for clients. Prior to joining our team, Lucy worked in both Will and Probate departments since 2018 with experience in both probate and Will case handling. Her previous role was a Probate Case Manager.
