Following my cycling accident, the case was taken up initially by Rachel Botterill. She clearly explained how Leigh Day would approach the case, giving step by step path. During her period she kept communicating as the case progressed and assurances that progress was being made. She handed the case over to Rory McCarron when she left the business, and it was clear that he had been fully briefed as the transition was seamless. Rory, again kept in constant touch and explained the steps as progress was made until the case was concluded.
