An exercise in futility.
After climbing from the wreckage, instructing Leigh Day is like plunging your hand into a blender. This appalling firm is simply not competent and not entirely professional. Proceed with extreme caution. The case started badly and over the following five years there were serious mistakes and failings including the failure to obtain a vital witness statement. This was followed by allegations of lying and dishonesty. The Americans would describes this firm as a 'Yard sale.' So imagine random and unwanted things carelessly strewn about in a disorganised and badly managed manner and you will have an idea of what to expect.
