Solicitor Lewis Roberts

My divorce matter
The reason I'm not giving a 5 is because the Solicitor for Family, Figen Demiri, who started my case, left to work elsewhere during my proceedings. After this, I was appointed a trainee solicitor, for my matter. My case was difficult, my ex-wife didn't acknowledge the reasons for my divorce, and it has taken ages for her to agree. I think FisherWright could have been more proactive in settling this matter earlier, if I had been appointed a replacement for Figen, rather than a trainee. However, Sana Baig has been OK at picking it up from Figen.

EU FAMILY PERMIT
We were told by someone that fisherwright are very competent solicitors so we gave them a call and explained our circumstances. On the initial call we received we spoke to Eva and she explained clearly how our case would be handled and presented to the immigration judge and upon this consultation we agreed for fisherwright to take on our case.Neelam and the rest of the team then prepared the case and generated the bundle of documents that were going to be presented to the immigration judge. We read through the case documents and we were extremely satisfied on how the case was going to to be presented. Before our court date we were appointed a very competent barrister who went through the case with us. We believe because of the professionalism throughout the procedure from start to end we received a positive outcome. We would recommend using fisherwright for any immigration issues.
