Clinical Negligence

Expression of gratitude to Helena Campbell

I initially contacted Tozers after the untimely death of my husband due to what I now consider to be lack of Duty of Care and Causation by Devon&Exeter Hospital. I had no prior experience or knowledge of these terms or the legal process involved to pursue my claim and was fortunate to be advised on all aspects of the process by Helena Campbell. I found her to be patient, understanding and empathetic going through every detail of the process, not just once but on several occasions, when she had to deal with my emotional outbursts. I cannot thank her enough for her time, patience and legal expertise in settling my claim and wish her a long and successful career. Carol Wathall
