I started by first home buying journey assisted by Jade Cody and her team. Myself and my partner were nervous as we did not know what to expect with it being our first purchase. Jade and her team kept us fully informed every step of the way and offered us continual support. No question was too small or too big. Extremely efficient and took the stress out of the legal side of the process, which is something we were not looking forward to. Thank you Jade and Maraya. We will be sure to use your services for any ongoing purchases / sales. Could not recommend enough. 5/5 stars is not enough.

Excellent
I engaged Banner Jones as the conveyancers for the purchase of my first home. This was following an experience with a different property and a different solicitors who were nowhere near as helpful, and who I felt I was bringing up possible issues and contasting numerous times to update me on the purchase. Jade Cody's team at Banner Jones were completely different. They guided me through the whole process, were very communicative, took my concerns seriously, explained certain issues in a straightforward way, and made the process of buying a house as simple as it could be. They also made sure to check things regarding issues that I knew nothing about beforehand, such as flying freehold and guarantees for past window installations, and obtained the necessary indemnity policies regarding these. This was without me bringing it up. I can't recommend Jade's team, including Maraya, and Banner Jones enough. They really are brilliant!

Moving house
Wonderful experience throughout thanks to Jade Cody, Maraya and team. Always helpful, efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much of a problem carefully explaining step by step the legal and practical obstacles of purchasing a house. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I'm very glad I used Banner Jones!
Jade and the team made my life really easy for my first house purchase and my first time using legal representation. They did an absolute amazing job and helped me get the keys to my house as quickly and stress free as possible.
Jade and her responded to my questions very quickly, did all the searches effectively and as soon as I paid, they got on with the work pretty much straight away and kept to their word.
Communication was spot on and they always were very patient and kind to my emails!

Property Purchase

Efficient Conveyancing

Refreshing.
Thank goodness for a solicitor firm who are proactive, communicative and reliable. Throughout the entire process, Jade & her team ensured we were informed about all aspects of our house purchase & sale. They also dealt with enquiries in a timely manner. We were reassured that with Banner Jones in our corner, the legal side of things would be seamless in spite of a less than straightforward chain.
