Clarkes always answer the phone and correspondence quickly. If the person you need to speak to is not available colleagues offer to help, or the appropriate person responds without delay. They are frank in their advice, which was much appreciated in this instance. Polite, professional and approachable, they handled both the Probate and bungalow sale speedily and efficiently. We have recently had another bereavement in the family and did not hesitate to contact Clarkes again. We are delighted that we are receiving the same excellent standard of service.
