Hannah Airey

Licensed Conveyancer

Hannah Airey is a Licensed Conveyancer and Executive in the Commercial Property department, based at our Commercial Hub and working primarily with the team responsible for property investors and commercial landlords. Prior to joining Palmers, Hannah was Head of Residential Conveyancing for a London firm, where she ran a team specialising in a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Hannah has experience in a variety of complex and high value transactions, including sales and purchases incorporating lease extensions, rectification of defective leases, applications for retrospective consent from Landlords and splitting existing titles. At Palmers, in addition to her commercial property role, Hannah has continued to offer her expertise in and to undertake complex residential and mixed-use property work including lease extensions (acting for both Landlord and Tenant) and a multitude of other aspects including those relating to new leases, deeds of variation and deeds of surrender. Hannah’s ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines helps her work through complex residential property transactions, and her pragmatic, can-do professional and friendly approach enables her to build up a growing portfolio of clients. During her free time, Hannah arranges a whole host of activities for her young children.
