House purchase - excellent service

We have used Palmers on a couple of occasions for conveyancing. They have both times been excellent. James has kept us well informed and explains everything clearly. He has a friendly, professional approach which is perfect when dealing with house purchases. The service we received from James was superb and I would recommend Palmers. Their prices in comparison to others are also very good when considering the level of service received.

Friendly and helpful

I went into their Rayleigh office looking to update my very old will and set up an LPA for myself. My solicitor Sabreena guided me through both processes with knowledge and understanding of my needs. She spoke in easy to understand 'legal' language. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
I highly recommend this solicitors.

My Experience

My property sale was very proffesionally handled, all emails and calls responded to quickly. James handled the vast majority of the work and even when things got difficult he dealt with them very well, he was alway very friendly and polite and confident in his work. Thanks James and Palmers.
