Erin became a department Director in February 2022 She handles a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of houses and flats, transfer of equities, remortgages, Right to Buy, first registrations and lease extensions. Erin qualified as a solicitor in September 2009 while working at a Basildon-based law firm. Away from the office, Erin enjoys live music, reading non-fiction books, watching films, DIY and spending time with her friends and family.
