Hannah is a Solicitor within our family department and specialises in Children Law. She is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. Hannah undertakes work in a wide variety of family matters including care proceedings, private law children cases and domestic abuse cases. She is experienced dealing with highly complex matters, having had a case referenced in The Law Reports in relation to the use of the Resolution Model, a niche approach which previously had little reference in case law. Hannah has also run other high-profile cases which have gone through the High Court due to their complexity. Her experience extends to matters involving Special Guardianship Orders, neglectful parenting, domestic and honour-based violence, sexual abuse and non-accidental injury. Hannah was trained by our late Partner, Andie Brown, who was highly regarded in her field. She is based in Lancaster but is available to meet with clients in Preston. Hannah completed her Law Degree at Lancaster University and then completed her Legal Practice Course and Masters at the University of Law in Manchester. In her spare time Hannah enjoys horse riding, walking and running.

    Would definitely recommend and return as a future client

    I found BSG very professional and supportive with my recent child arrangement order. They were very knowledgable and gave me good advice and guided me through the entire process. Attending court with me and also preparing all the reports. They went above and beyond for my case and although it was very stressful and worrying at times I couldn’t have got to the end result without them.
