Craig qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and is experienced in all areas of the firm’s family practice, but has a particular interest and expertise in Children Law. Craig is qualified as a solicitor advocate and is able to represent clients in court. Expertise For children, Craig is able to advise on matters relating to disputes between parents, including issues of contact, living arrangements, relocation (international and domestic), grandparents, LGBTQ+ parenting arrangements, and surrogacy. He accepts instructions on matters where the local authority are concerned about matters concerning safety of the children. He is able to represent parents, grandparents and intervenors. His extensive advocacy experience places him in good standing to advise robustly on issues. On matters relating to relationship breakdown, Craig is able to advise on divorce, judicial separation, cohabitation, and the financial consequences of these as well as Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements and Separation Agreements.
