Excellent service

We initially had a hiccup because our normal excellent representative based at Kiddermister was on maternity leave and the last superb representative we used from that office was not allowed to act for us as this was “commercial”. This caused a week or so delay and eventually we were reassigned to Susan from the Ludlow Office who did a great job expeditiously. All 3 ladies from mfg who have acted for us Rhiannon, Claire and Susan, we would highly recommend.
