Donna is a highly motivated Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with extensive litigation experience, gained both locally and for a period of 9 years, at a top London law firm. Before joining T G Baynes in March 2020, Donna’s career already spanned 25 years, initially as a Debt Recovery Assistant, then as a manager in a local firm and more recently as a Lender Services Manager at a West End law firm specialising in mortgage repossessions and receiver litigation. She has acted for a diverse client base including government bodies, banks, receivers, housing associations letting agents, local councils, educational establishments, recruitment agencies, hauliers, utility suppliers, insolvency practitioners, multinationals, SMEs and private clients. Matters she has handled includes secured and unsecured debt litigation, mortgage & rent repossessions, trespass, forfeiture, housing benefit overpayment, adult social care debt recovery, insolvency, consumer credit act, vehicle leasing agreements and employment contracts. Expertise - Donna has a very broad range of knowledge and expertise and her current caseload at TG Baynes reflects her vast experience, including, but not limited to, the following areas: Debt Recovery & Insolvency, Contract Disputes, Foreign Jurisdiction Debts, Enforcement of Judgments, Building and Construction Disputes, Boundary Disputes, Employment Disputes and Settlement Agreements
