I have found that Banner Jones are very efficient. All the forms are online and secure so there is no hold up or faffing around with bits of paper. Callum or Leza always responded within 24 working hours of me having a query and they helped guide me through any stressful elements when I had a query. If there is no chain, they will act swiftly for as quick a completion as possible if you work with them to acheive this (e.g. if you also answer and action things promptly etc).
