Brigit Nolan

Brigit started her career in law in 1994 and has over 25 years of experience in personal injury litigation and she has been specialising in asbestos related conditions for over 13 years. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of asbestos disease claims and she has led a talented team in the south west, in the fight against exposure to asbestos. She has a depth of knowledge which enables her to thoroughly investigate all aspects of asbestos exposure and to identify potential defendants and insurers. Brigit has brought claims against an endless list of employers, including national retail stores, engineering firms, surveyors, breweries, large and small building companies, power stations, MOD dockyards, schools, local authorities and many more. Brigit has a great passion for helping families navigate their way through any asbestos related diagnosis and to recover significant compensation for pleural and peritoneal Mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening.
