Daniel Smith gave us excellent advice in a recent law suit against. It was extremely distressing to receive a invoice for £90K - 4 years after the build date. We won - the law suit was dropped!

Daniel Smith is an excellent communicator, very approachable and friendly. He fully explained the 1970s easements on our property and gave us advice and guidance on the steps we needed to take regarding a boundary.

I had an extraordinary experience from Daniel Smith from Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He went above and beyond to identify if it was worth pursuing a case or not by helping me get clearer on the conflict situation at hand. I was very distressed at the time. Instead of telling me that it was not worth pursuing (like other law firms did without spending more than 15mins with me) he went into detail with me to share what my other practical options were to end my distress. His expertise, competence and compassion for my situation will stay with me forever because it gave me control back on the situation at hand and I felt better straight away. He actually cares about the clients he speak to. I will refer him to anyone I know seeking this type of legal support.
