Fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service from Claire and her team at Paul Robinson during our house move that concluded last week. We were really impressed with their quick communication and friendly, professional service throughout. We've moved house several times but this is the first time we had used Paul Robinson and I wish we had used them before, I honestly couldn't fault the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Flat sale
Claire provided a very professional service completing on a flat sale that a previous solicitor had failed at selling.

Sale of flat
Claire and her team did a great job on the conveyancing process for the sale of our flat. It was a complicated transaction due to the nature of emergent Building Safety Act regulations. We were kept well informed throughout the process and managed to navigate many issues with property managing agents to complete the sale. The service we received was excellent and we will continue to use Claire for future transactions.
We've used Claire for around 7 different property transactions in the last 10 years or so and it's always been an excellent service.

Purchase of Flat
Claire and her team were brilliant throughout the whole purchasing process of my flat. They were diligent when working through paperwork and ensured all potential issues were looked into resolved. They always provided regular updates as to the status of the purchase. Ciara was professional and hardworking throughout and always responded promptly to any queries, explaining ‘solicitor terms’ in an easy to understand way.
I would recommend the services of Paul Robinson, Claire and her team always.

Brilliant service!
I can not fault the service from Claire and her team during the sale of our flat and the purchase of our house.
Communication was always clear and updates were timely, informative and prompt. If there was ever any clarification needed the team were quick to help answer any questions.
They dealt with changing and challenging situations proactively, working well with other solicitors, agents etc to get the exchange over the line.
This is the second time we have used Claire's services and I would hesitate to recommend.

EXCELLENT SOLICITORS
We are a couple of OAP's who haven't moved house for 45 years so we were very out of touch with moving procedures. Claire, Casey and Ciara at Paul Robinson Solicitors were terrific. They helped us at every step of the way and made everything extremely stress free. They were always on hand to answer any queries however trivial . We can't recommend them enough. We will always be thankful for all of their help and will recommend them to all our family and friends.
