I contacted Barr Ellison to update my will and to draw up new Lasting Powers of Attorney. The service I received from Seema Solanki was outstanding. She has a total grasp of the subject matter but is able to explain all the options clearly and concisely. I would highly recommend Barr Ellison for this and all other legal work. I have since engaged them to act for me on another matter. Early days, but again the service so far from Sarah Martin and her team has been excellent.

Wills and LPAs
My wife and I arranged to renew our Wills and execute POAs for Property and Health an Welfare. All work was done efficiently and we were kept informed as the work progressed.
We were let down by the OPG losing one of the POA documents so we have to make do with an "Office Copy". Dealing with this debacle landed us with an extra legal bill of £360 so it is worth bearing in mind that problems outside one's control can incur significant extra costs. We have raised a complaint with the OPG and a response is waited.

Friendly & Efficient Service
I consulted Fraser Dawbarns about updating my Mum's Will. Seema guided us through the process in a friendly, respectful and seamless manner. She explained the timescales & fees upfront so we knew exactly what to expect. The whole process was so straightforward & completed within a few weeks. Seema also explained the importance of my Mum completing a Lasting Power of Attorney form for health & welfare. I had forgotten about this so I am grateful Seema mentioned it.

Positive and professional
I am extremely grateful for the service I received from Ms S Solanki. It was a monetary gift to my daughter and time sensitive, Ms Solanki explained to me in detail the issues involved in making the gift. She was professional, courteous and dealt with my case promptly to meet a deadline.

A genuinely supportive and professional service.
Looking back at the paperwork of my mothers communications with Seema. Seema seems did a wonderful job supporting my mother as she was deciding on the contents of her will.
As the executor I am glad I handed over the responsibility of the administration to Seema who was very supportive though a difficult period of my life. She is both efficient and approachable. I felt well advised through out the process.
