Conveyancing Services
We used Wadsworth for our purchase and sale of our property. Through no fault of Wadsworth our sale took 11 months to complete due to complications within the chain, Gemma was brilliant throughout the whole process. We were kept up to date regularly, service was second to none and we found Gemma and the team to be very approachable. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Amazing Service Throughout
It is very rare in life that you give 5 x stars (honestly) against any review whether a restaurant, a purchase or in this case a Solicitor
However, the service, experience and first class service we received from Gemma Dempsey and her whole team was 2nd to none
There were many hurdles in both the sell of my property as well as a buy of another which Gemma took in her stride and managed to problem solve these proactively in order to keep the ball rolling, so to speak, keeping us fully updated and upbeat even at the tougher of times
Thanks to her quick thinking and dirtect udpates we were able to complete and move into our new property
Thanks Gemma, you were fantastic!
We would Recommend Wadsworth to anyone as they are local to the area and have fantastic knowldege and expertise

Brilliant service
Gemma was the perfect solicitor. I used her for the purchase of my property and I hardly spoke to her during the transaction because I didnt need to chase her. She would update me herself and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. The solicitors selling my property werent very good which caused me stress. In the future I will definitely be coming to wadsworth solicitors and will definitely be recommending them!

Legal Advice for completion of my Mums bungalow
Fabulous service, prompt replies and the invoice matched the quote. They dealt with me and my elderly Mother in an efficient friendly and professional way. Having experienced the services of another solicitor I used to purchase Mums new place I can strongly recommend anyone uses Wadsworth, a local solicitor that you can put a face too. My other experience with the other solicitor was atrocious. Hence, I can say without doubt that Wadsworth took away all the stress and provided the service as expected

Excellent efficient service
It was a very positive experience again working with Gemma Dempsey and the conveyancing team. Excellent efficient service. The team was very good in explaining all my questions several times. I had used Wadsworth solicitors previously I must say service and professionalism was very consistent throughout, I would recommend and in the future I shall definitely take advantage of other services again.
