Exceptional Service

I have just had my Will drafted at Wadsworths and can’t sing their praises highly enough. From start to finish they have kept in touch, the staff are helpful and friendly and the process was so much easier than I thought it would be. I also expected to pay a lot more so was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Revised wills and change in house ownership

We used Wadsworth to update my spouse and my wills, as we approach retirement.
We also wanted to consider changing our house ownership from joint tenants to tenants in common. They provided us with appropriate information about each part of the process and consequences of decisions we took. They promptly provided draft wills for our review, answered our question and then moved to signing.
They have provided an fast and efficient service at a fixed competitive price.
We will use them again in the future

I recently completed the sale of my house and used Alex Tait and her team for the conveyance. The whole process was excellent with great communication and regular updates. Things were explained simply and accurately in a professional manner.

i want to say a special thank you to Alex as she went above and beyond to ensure the sale was completed on time, working outside office hours and keeping me fully updated at all times.

If you're looking for a conveyancing solicitor to provide a great service at what is a very stressful time, I highly recommend Alex at Wadsworth Solicitors.

I first used Wadsworth's to prepare my Will in 2020. The service was excellent so when I had a property to sell, I didn't hesitate to contact them. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and received a quick response whenever I requested a progress report. Thankyou for an excellent service.

Alex Tait worked on a couple of sales and purchases for me and everything was completed well and professionally. Communication was a little difficult at times, but not helped by the recent busy housing market. Overall I was happy with everything

Excellent service. The legal advice provided by Mariam Nosheen, on a conveyancing matter was thorough and utterly professional. As a solicitor myself (military lawyer) I recognise those individuals in my profession who stand out and go the extra yard. I will be recommending Mariam to all my friends and military colleagues.
