A Great Legal Service at a Very Fair Price
Having used the services of Wadsworths Solicitors, Tamworth over the past few months, we would like to convey our thanks and appreciation for their professional assistance.
We used them for our Wills and they were extremely helpful and efficient and we were very satisfied with their service and advice,

First time obtaining wills for husband and wife

Initially enquired on the website about creating a will and was literally called back in about one minute! A meeting was set up after a few basic questions about our requirements and correspondence was sent will all the details regarding our meeting and what we had to bring with us.
On the day of the meeting Michael came out to greet us and then we explained what we wanted. He ran through every possibility and was very transparent about certain situations that could occur. Our wills were straight forward and our meeting was about 30mins.
Michael was easy to talk to and made us both feel very comfortable.
Within 24 hours, our wills were emailed for us both to check them over and an appointment was then made for us to sign the wills with a witness.
The process was seamless and professional with excellent communication. Thank you.

A great service provided after encountering some stumbling blocks with the properties management company. Phone calls & emails were always responded to within 24hrs. The cost of selling Moms property was very reasonable and there were no surprises on completion.

We instructed Wadsworths to manage our Probate in May 2023 with completion achieved in April 2024. Kate Walker was our Caseworker and throughout the whole process we found Kate to be approachable and easy to communicate with. Kate responded quickly to any queries that we had and kept us well informed on the Probate status. Kate was easy to talk to and extremely friendly with a professional approach at all times and high customer service standards. In view of our experiences we would not hesitate to use Wadsworth again.

I had a difficult query regarding a grant of probate process. I had been given mixed conflicting information from other solicitors which was confusing, unsettling and very time consuming. I was put in touch with Kate Walker at Wadsworths. Kate was very sympathetic and calmly listened to my questions and steered me in the right direction clearly and concisely. Once I had further data Kate then came to a conclusion quickly over the telephone. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. This was even backed up by an email. Until now my experience with some solicitors has not been good but Kate and Wadsworths were a breath of fresh air and I would definitely recommend.

We first used Wadsworths Solicitors about 18 months ago, at their Shirley branch, & have since needed to employ their services at their Tamworth branch (a long 12+ month process, involving lots of communication) & again at Shirley, so we’ve now used them for 3 different matters.
In all instances, we’ve been extremely pleased with the service we’ve received, from all 3 departments. Should the need arise, we would have no hesitation in using Wadsworths Solicitors again, or recommending them.
