Chloë has worked with Tozers for over six years and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2020. She specialises in obtaining protective orders for victims of domestic abuse such as non-molestation orders, occupation orders and transfer of tenancy orders. Securing the return of a young child to the mother’s care following an attempted abduction by the child’s father. Proceeding to obtain safeguarding orders to ensure the safety of the child in the mother’s care. Acting for a mother securing findings of psychological and emotional abuse towards both her and her daughter from her ex-husband. Chloë is a member of the Sexual Violence, Domestic Violence and Abuse Forum for South Hams, Teignbridge, West Devon & Dartmoor.
