We transferred parts of several properties for estate planning purposes, having little knowledge of what to expect. The entire conveyancing team were extremely helpful and patient with our delays, postal issues, and constant questions. Their answers were clear and concise and communication of progress throughout was clear and frequent, but not excessive. The team were always friendly and professional throughout, and were flexible to our needs (we were abroad for much of the time and they always offered simple and effective solutions for various documents to be sent back and forth, which saved us a lot of travel!). I would happily recommend them to anyone.
