I am an associate in the corporate law department, having joined Higgs as a legal assistant in 2021. Prior to joining Higgs, I graduated from Cardiff University with a first class honours degree in Law following which I completed the LPC with an LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Birmingham. During my studies I volunteered at the Support Through Court charity assisting litigants without representation through both civil and family law issues. Since my time at Higgs, I have been advising and supporting clients on various aspects of business services throughout the duration of my training contract, from acting on a diverse range of corporate transactions to advising on company constitution and employment law issues. I have assisted both individuals and corporate clients throughout my training contract providing a valuable insight. I now act on a wide range of share acquisitions and disposals in transactions within different sectors, of varied types and sizes.
