Absolutely amazing!!
Jamie and Ed were absolutely amazing whilst helping us with the sale of our company! They made everything a clear as possible, were unbelievably responsive to messages, and worked tirelessly to make sure everything went as well as it could. They were extremely professional and we felt very comfortable with them representing us!
I don’t know how we could have got through this without them!
I would highly recommend Jame, Ed, and the rest of the team at Higgs. I couldn’t be more grateful for all their hard work and guidance! Thanks!

Outstanding from start to finish!
From the first call with Jamie (Which we requested at pretty short notice), we knew this was the team we wanted to represent us in the sale of our company. Jamie, Ed and the team were very responsive, professional and took the time to explain each step. Which we very much appreciated! We are incredibly grateful for all their work. Brilliant experience as always with Jamie!

Incredible legal support delivered effortlessly
I've worked with Jamie and his team at Higgs for many years, and have always appreciated their approach and enjoyed working with them.
Recently we've worked together on a much larger project and I couldn't have been more impressed and be more grateful for the fantastic service, support and work from Jamie and the team.

Sell-side advice
Jamie and team were helping us sell a subsidiary business from our group, on a relatively short time frame, where we wanted to make the transaction as simple as possible to ensure we could meet the timeline.
I found Jamie and his team very personable from the start and they provided clear advice, that was well communicated and for a reasonable price given the size of the transaction. I would definitely use again.

Great service
Higgs LLP looked after the sale of our business, myself and co-shareholders were impressed with the all aspects of the service provided, attention to detail, staff professionalism and knowledge of their speciality.
We found the fees charged were as originally quoted and were reasonable for the amount of work involved.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Higgs LLP.

Our experience with Higgs
Higgs are experienced in all aspects from Private Equity, EMI schemes, to drawing up basic T & Cs. They have provided legal advice to my business on many levels. They are efficient, and responsive to any queries, and flexible in their approach. They also have a way of cutting through the legal jargon and relating to the language of business owners. Acquisition
Higgs LLP, have been our HR advisors for a number of years, and when the need arose to choose a Lawyer to act for us on an acquisition, we reached out to Higgs and were put in touch with Jamie Partington. Jamie and Edward Baker helped us right through to completion in under two months. They provided us with sound advice and helped us navigate a way through the transaction, ensuring we remained fully protected within the SPA, at all times. We didn’t complete until the early hours of the morning and both Jamie and Ed were excellent pushing the deal through. Their, service and comprehensive knowledge of acquisitions shone through at every point, enabling us to build a solid and trustworthy relationship.
