    I worked with Jamie on getting advice on our pre-seed investment round and as a founder when you are going through such massive break, you need someone who is reliable and fast.     Founders first MBO.

    This was our first MBO, and it was a steep learning curve. Higgs helped guide us through the legal side of the process and were available when we needed clarity or reassurance. They produced strong documentation and helped us protect our position as founders. We found the whole team answered all our questions in a way we could understand, turned documentation around quickly and kept us upto date with where we were in the process.

    Invaluable Help with Corporate Transaction

    I worked with Jamie Partington and Richard Freeman at Higgs as the Buyer in an MBO transaction, and I couldn't have asked for better advisers throughout the process. This was a complex transaction involving a US seller, extensive SPA negotiations, transitional licensing arrangements, regulatory considerations and a number of moving parts that evolved right up to completion. Jamie and Richard were consistently responsive, pragmatic and commercially focused, helping us navigate challenges without ever losing sight of the bigger picture.
