Fantastic service on property purchase
Claire and Rebecca were incredible when acting on the purchase of my first home. As both a first time buyer, and a lawyer myself (albeit clueless when it comes to property law!), I am particularly risk averse. Claire identified issues that other lawyers would simply have missed, as she pays excellent attention to detail. The purchase process was, at times, fraught with difficulty. But Claire went to battle for me and achieved some excellent legal protection in the Contract whilst also maintaining a commercially sensible approach with the Vendor to ensure an amicable working relationship was maintained. They were both also extremely professional, friendly, and genuinely care about helping their clients, and doing a good job. I would recommend Claire, and her Paralegal (Rebecca) without hesitation.
