    Very positive experience with Thackray Williams for the conveyancing on our house purchase

    We had a very positive experience with Thackray Williams for the conveyancing on our house purchase. The team were professional, responsive and clear throughout the process, keeping us updated and explaining matters when needed. Buying a property can be stressful, particularly when timescales change or issues arise, but we always felt that our matter was being progressed and that we could get a response when we needed one. The team were thorough, approachable and helped get everything through to completion successfully. We were very pleased with the service provided and would happily recommend Thackray Williams to anyone looking for a reliable conveyancing solicitor.

    Fantastic service on property purchase

    Claire and Rebecca were incredible when acting on the purchase of my first home. As both a first time buyer, and a lawyer myself (albeit clueless when it comes to property law!), I am particularly risk averse. Claire identified issues that other lawyers would simply have missed, as she pays excellent attention to detail. The purchase process was, at times, fraught with difficulty. But Claire went to battle for me and achieved some excellent legal protection in the Contract whilst also maintaining a commercially sensible approach with the Vendor to ensure an amicable working relationship was maintained. They were both also extremely professional, friendly, and genuinely care about helping their clients, and doing a good job. I would recommend Claire, and her Paralegal (Rebecca) without hesitation.

    I cannot recommend Thackray Williams Sevenoaks highly enough. Claire Josef oversaw the purchase of my property from beginning to end. We exchanged and completed quickly and Claire was extremely thorough throughout. It was 20 years since I had purchased a property and Claire was incredibly approachable (even with silly questions) and very reassuring. She has a lovely, friendly manner and really puts you at ease while taking time to fully explain each point. I felt valued and supported throughout - Claire is an absolute star.
