    Disappointed

    Used for my divorce. Understanding of my personal situation was initially good. Simple admin mistakes cost me money,I had to correct them myself. Rushed advice was hard to assimilate, though I appreciate solicitor was probably trying reduce time taken they talked very fast and talked over my questions. Costs of divorce were clear. Process for financial settlement was garbled and I felt they were no longer interested, appeared impatient with me.

    Service provided was apparently a clerical one. There was no actual advice given. My representative talked so fast I could not really understand or keep up and seemed frustrated when I asked her to repeat anything. Being my first divorce I did not understand the process or detail of what was required. I seemed to be filling out financial forms repeatedly with the same information. Perhaps for my next divorce I will be more aware.
