Disappointed
Used for my divorce. Understanding of my personal situation was initially good. Simple admin mistakes cost me money,I had to correct them myself. Rushed advice was hard to assimilate, though I appreciate solicitor was probably trying reduce time taken they talked very fast and talked over my questions. Costs of divorce were clear. Process for financial settlement was garbled and I felt they were no longer interested, appeared impatient with me.

My questions were answered promptly and knowledgeably. Letters and emails were also dealt with efficiently and telephone appointments were thoroughly prepared beforehand and to the point. All communications were efficient and well presented. The whole process was well organised.

Caroline Ryan was outstanding in understanding my situation from the outset. I had the free 30 min appointment with her about 6 months before I decided to start divorce proceedings and this helped me understand my financial situation from the start. I have always been impressed with Caroline's quick grasp of my concerns and her advice has practical and reassuring. Really impressed with her from the outset and I have achieved an amicable divorce with an excellent settlement as a result.
