We worked with the conveyancing team (Bedford) to sell and buy homes.
They were incredibly diligent and in fact highlighted a serious issue (legal) with one property, that was ‘unknown’ to the vendor/agent. Allowed informed decision making for us and stopped us buying a real problem property.
Would have no hesitation working with Amy and Tina again.

Purchase of a property - 48 County Road
Amy was professional in every way. Absolutely made the experience less stressful, with her knowledge and her expertise given that this was not a straight forward purchase.
Amy went above and beyond her duties as my representative and ensured that the correct documentation was in place, challenging the vendor's solicitors as and when required.
I have worked with Amy twice previously and believe that Amy is an outstanding solicitor and would recommend Woodfines LLP to anyone given the experience I have had working with Amy. All three experiences have been consistent.

Can't speak highly enough!
My previous experience of solicitors has been more about the task opposed to the customer, I have to say Amy's has attention to detail and comms with both sale and purchase of properties on my behalf has been outstanding, neither of which were plain sailing due to external factors. I would not think twice about recommending Amy and indeed Woodfines as a whole who also carried out other work for me at the same time

Amy was professional at all times, on the telephone and in person.

House sale & purchase
Cannot fault the service we had from Amy. Queries were always dealt with promptly and efficiently. There are always hiccups in the process of sale & purchase but we found the whole process less stressful than it could have been and has been in the past for us so a big thank you.

Great service
Amy made the process for parents selling a property extremely painless. She was extremely.communicative and efficient. We never had to chase for anything and everything went through smoothly. She had a lovely friendly manner and we were very impressed. Would definitely use Amy in the future. Highly recommended.
