We recently sold our house and had Nic from Woodfines as our conveyancer. We were over the moon with everything he did! He was super on it - keeping the momentum up and planning ahead for what may be required at the next step. He was also always around to explain things either over the phone or by email. And when he did, he explained it in a way which made total sense.
We'd highly recommend Nic and Woodfines for any future conveyancing work!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nic Dino's services. I feel he went above and beyond, given the circumstances of our long winded and sometimes painfully frustrating sale. We had a less than co operative, demanding buyer, and had many issues which Nic had to navigate for us.
But we got there in the end, which is the main thing.
Don't give up the day job Nic.....you're kinda good at it !!

A situation was suddenly put in front of me at work regarding either termination of my employment or a settlement agreement, I was part of the management team, I have used Woodfines solicitors before to deal with a estate I inherited, I contacted Woodfines of Cambridge to see if they could assist me with me with this daunting situation, I had a lovely lady called Michelle Bruce who was extremely professional & reassured me that she could deal with the situation & that she did, Michelle went out of her way to help me and get the the best possible outcome for me financially, Michelle was able to negotiate what I would call a fair compensation sum.
I could not recommend Michele Bruce enough, I am just your average working man with a family, if you find yourself in the same situation please do contact Michelle as I can reassure you she will be able to help you get the best possible outcome.

Nicola and everyone I dealt with at Woodfines were amazing. It was third time lucky with my house sale in end after two failed process due to issues on buyers side. Nicola pulled out all the stops to ensure my house closed the day before my wedding which was a tight deadline.
Throughout this stressful process Nicola was always really responsive, friendly and helpful. No conveyancer I have used in the past has ever been this responsive so am so happy I was lucky in finding Woodfines and Nicola.

I’ve just used the services of Nic Dino from Woodfines to sell a property with fairly complex issues.
Not put off by this, Nic achieved everything that needed doing to get property to market without delay.
I’d highly recommend Nic, he is highly professional, communicates very well by phone and email, very knowledgeable in his field and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I didn’t feel stressed knowing Nic was in control.
