Steph and the team were brilliant from start to finish. After having my offer accepted in December, we managed to exchange contracts in February which I thought was really quick. By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. At the end of the tunnel, I would like to thank you for your extended support given throughout the Homebuying process. We were able to complete the transaction within a couple of months as there was a high level of coordination. They know the process very well and planned all steps of the conveyancing thoroughly (for an example conducting all anti money laundering checks early in the process saved us lots of time) Steph and Lydia were extremely knowledgeable about the process and answered my questions comprehensively. Their responsiveness was incredible. All emails were addressed within a brief period of time and all calls were answered in the first ring. I have found them to be totally professional and hands-on providing updates on a regular basis and explaining what the process is and what to expect. It was a great experience with SAS solicitors and my transaction went really smooth! Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple.
